HOUSE BILL NO. 459                                                            
"An Act relating to medical assistance for certain disabled persons;          
relating to the priorities established for the medical assistance              
program."                                                                      
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 459(HES)                                                
"An Act relating to medical assistance for certain disabled persons;          
relating to personal care services for recipients of medical                   
assistance; and relating to the priorities established for the medical         
assistance program."                                                           
                                                                               
                                                                               
The committee recommends an additional referral to the Finance
